If the deal falls through, you owe nothing. Unlike hiring a full-time admin where you pay regardless of the outcome, our service is pay-per-file — you only pay when a transaction successfully closes. 

Yes. We follow strict confidentiality guidelines and do not share your information with anyone unless you authorize us to do so. 

Absolutely. Our role is to manage paperwork, deadlines, and coordination only. We never engage in negotiations or activities that require a real estate license, ensuring we remain fully compliant with state laws.
