A transaction coordinator, also known as a TC, is dedicated to assisting the real estate agent by taking care of the contract to close administrative duties. They are a liaison between real estate agents, clients, escrow companies, and mortgage brokers during a real estate transaction. Transaction coordinators monitor the details and contract contingencies to ensure the parties are not in breach of contract.
We believe it is most efficient when we communicate directly with your client. However, this is entirely up to you. We keep you informed of all communications and copy you on email correspondence.
